Platform epics — delivery status

Platform

Every tenant has these.

✅ Identity & Access

Enforced in production: subscribe → provision → linked tenants transact while unlinked ones are refused, proven both ways on the live API. Organizations, teams, plans-by-migration, step-up — and the Users directory now reads the real principals route.

✅ Settings

Tenant branding and preferences served by Authorize at /v1/settings with revision-locked writes, editor views in the admin, and the tenant's own sealed AI model key. Practice Setup delivered for the dental vertical; other applications extend the same settings paths.

✅ Integrations

Connectors, webhooks and API keys at /v1/integrations. Keys hashed at rest, answered once, and authenticating machine calls with their scopes; webhooks with sealed secrets and HMAC-signed deliveries proven received; admin views for all three.

Business

Horizontal capabilities, sold to any vertical. These are what every tenant runs on, whatever it sells.

✅ Customers

One business-level customer record with real writes (name-to-id resolution, graph inserts, email/address sync — live-proven). Dental patients link through patients.customer_id, and Contacts, Segments and Referrals each ship registered features, live-proven routes and admin surfaces.

✅ Scheduling

Appointments on the ported book with resource-use validation; resources served standalone; recalls real with a due-date worklist and strict lifecycle, seeded from Dentrix continuing care (154 US / 102 CA).

✅ Finance

Double-entry proven live end to end — order → AR invoice, receipt → vendor bill, payment → balanced postings, collections aging per read — and platform billing decided and built: Stripe tokens, BAC Credomatic and SINPE Móvil, with the SINPE confirm flow proven live.

✅ Personnel

Staff with effective-dated pay history, shifts, kiosk time tracking, ledger-backed leave, computed overtime and payroll — all live behind /v1 routes, with payroll runs posting real balanced journal entries to the finance ledger, proven on the dev catalog.

✅ Documents

Files and retention policies behind /v1/files and /v1/retention-policies, company-scoped, bytes behind a FileStore seam (GCS or local disk). Upload, list and byte-identical fetch live-proven; the retention sweep only ever soft-deletes.

✅ Forms

Form builder over /v1/forms with JSON question lists and typed subjects (customer/staff/anonymous). Live-proven: a three-question intake form created, updated and answered by a real customer, rows verified in Postgres.

🟡 Analytics

Activity Log and Practice Console — the audit trail, plus reporting and configuration over every other application. Surfaces exist; neither has been audited against real data.

⬜ Communications

Chat, email, phone and support in one place. The areas are named; none is implemented yet.

🟡 Content

Editorial datum streams are the delivered mechanism — this page is one. graphillustrate.com is the dedicated content platform; its IAM/multi-tenancy integration with the control plane is in progress.

Commerce

The ecommerce vertical.

✅ Storefront

Catalogue, merchandising and product pages — all six cards green. Prices and attributes read through the product aggregate, the offers route quotes only what may actually be sold, and the parked products and customers adapters are registered.

✅ Checkout

Cart, payments, tax, fraud and promotions — all nine cards green. The cart is tenant-scoped and variant-aware, tax computes a verified per-line breakdown from seeded per-tenant rates, promotion codes redeem through a capped ledger, and a cart now becomes an order: checkout submit writes the lineage orders tables, proven against the live database.

✅ Orders

Served at /v1/orders on real relational data behind enforced tenant scope; four in-store modes on one store_fulfillments contract, orderbots firing on submit with an auditable trail, operator edits writing history.

✅ Supply

Green end to end on the live database: adjustments, transfers, real PO creation through the vendor graph, FIFO valuation rolling into cost of goods, and the channel slice with its heartbeat.

🟡 Warehouse

Sixteen desks audited: eleven bound to the relational schema with mutation bugs fixed and the receiving chain proven live into FIFO valuation; the five that cannot honestly bind are refused in writing. Barcoding stays a documented refusal; lab cases await the health vertical.

Exchange

Marketplaces for shared and traded assets — property and vehicle rentals, real estate listings, and auctions. Planned.

Interactive visual tape chart with drag-and-drop room assignment, meal plans (EP/CP/MAP/AP/AI), housekeeping credit-based dispatch, guest self-service web check-in, multiproperty CRO, and electronic door locks.

🟡 Dining & POS

Multi-ambient interactive table floor plans, real-time Kitchen Display System (KDS) station routing, split billing by seat or equal shares, happy hours, and dining & wellness reservations.

🟡 Club & Condominium

Shareholder and member master registry, automated monthly maintenance dues billing with penalty interest calculation, automated PDF statement dispatch, and barrier gatehouse access control with LPR and QR passes.

🟡 Events & Conventions

Convention hall layout matrix with sub-salon blocking, operational Banquet Event Orders (BEO), catering menu packages, minute-by-minute activity scheduling, and post-event master billing settlement.

Healthcare

All-in-one clinical charting, dental diagnostics, and medical billing solutions — periodontal exams, treatment planning, prescriptions, insurance claims and ADA/procedure coding, dental first.

✅ Clinical

Chart and perio persistence verified. Treatment plans run on the database with a purchase-order-style lifecycle (409 on invalid transitions) and fees from the one pricing rule. Prescriptions read a real tenant medications catalog, signing requires an unexpired prescriber credential, and the orphan twin tables are dropped.

✅ Claims

Claim submission live-proven against the droplet. Payers are a first-class counted master (13 US / 40 CA) with list route, typed client and admin leaf. Procedure coding prices in each practice's currency — a CAD practice resolves CAD fees — with every named fee schedule seeded.

How these epics are organised

Applications are horizontal capabilities with thin vertical overlays. A capability two verticals both need — Patients/Guests, Accounts, Appointments/Bookings, Documents, Intake Forms, Timesheets — is one application, not one per vertical. That is why Healthcare and Hospitality connect directly into the shared Business platform.
