✅ Member & share registry
Share master file (unique per property), tier categories (proprietary, sports, corporate, tenant, honorary, diplomatic, junior, temporary), household people, vehicles, and a status the dues engine flips (active/delinquent/suspended/inactive).
✅ Maintenance dues & interest
Recurring dues + F&B minimum-spend shortfall + assessments + simple/compound penalty interest on an idempotent ledger. Caveat: the F&B spend provider returns 0 until the Dining vertical lands, so members with a minimum are billed the full shortfall.
✅ Gate access & LPR passes
Software decision surface only: plate/RFID/member/pass resolution, delinquency blocks entry, single-use visitor passes, every decision logged. Hardware integration (LPR cameras, RFID readers, gate relays) is NOT included.

Wave R3 delivered and live-verified: member registry with share numbers unique per property, household people and vehicles; an append-only signed-cents dues ledger whose balance is the sum; an idempotent batch dues run (a rerun posts 0 lines); simple/compound penalty interest past grace that flips members to delinquent; payments that restore active at zero balance; and a gate that answers plate/RFID/member/pass lookups with a decision and always logs an access event, including single-use visitor passes.
