Chart persistence verified. Treatment plans run on the database — five provisioned tables read and written, a purchase-order-style lifecycle that refuses an invalid transition with 409, and fees resolved through the one pricing rule. Prescriptions read a real tenant medications catalog (18 US / 7 CA seeded), signing requires an unexpired prescriber credential, and the orphan twin tables are dropped.
