Evidence
Appointments run on the ported book with resource-use validation. Resources are reachable on their own directory read (providers first, then operatories), and recalls are real: a worklist ordered by due date, per-patient lists, and a pending → completed/cancelled lifecycle that rejects edits to terminal rows — seeded from Dentrix recallpending (154 US / 102 CA, every patient resolved).
